🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation and full payment.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

    • Bangalore: 1–2 working days (same-day delivery available in some areas).

    • Karnataka (Tier 2/3 cities): 2–4 working days.

    • South India (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra, Telangana): 3–5 working days.

    • Rest of India: 4–8 working days.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Bangalore (within city limits): Nominal delivery fee depending on location and product size.

  • Other Cities:

    • Charges are based on the size/weight of the ride-on and delivery pin code.

    • Final shipping cost is shown at checkout or informed during order confirmation via WhatsApp.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available due to the size, customization, and premium nature of our products.

  • Remote & Northeast: Delivery available but may take longer and attract higher shipping costs.

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All products undergo a final quality check and testing before dispatch.

  • A functionality video is recorded for each order and shared upon request to ensure transparency.

  • Tracking details are provided once your order is shipped.
