These Terms apply to all users of the website, including customers who browse, purchase, or interact with us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or other platforms.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur in colors, features, or measurements.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Once an order is placed (online or via WhatsApp), it is considered confirmed only after payment is received.
ISAKAA Toys reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Cancellation by the customer is allowed before dispatch; post-dispatch cancellations are not accepted.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeline mentioned on the product page. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier partners.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. ISAKAA Toys is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery.
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At ISAKAA Toys, we prioritize customer satisfaction, but we also maintain strict policies to ensure fairness and avoid misuse.

✅ Replacements

Replacements will be accepted only if there are genuine manufacturer defects.
Most production-related issues are typically ruled out as we perform a quality test, capture a full video of the unit’s functionality, and then dispatch the product.
We provide video call assistance to resolve technical issues and guide setup.
If needed, we will send replacement parts to resolve minor issues without requiring a full product return.

🚫 Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for orders placed just for temporary use (e.g., for events, birthdays, Amazon/Flipkart photoshoots, or one-time occasions).
We do not offer returns due to change of mind, size misjudgment, or cosmetic preferences after the product is dispatched.

📦 Transit Damages & Unboxing Video Requirement

If a product is damaged during shipping, it must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Customers must record a clear unboxing video from the very beginning, showing the sealed parcel being opened without any cuts or pauses.
No claims will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
If the video is clear and shows valid damage during transit, a replacement will be processed promptly.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Support

ISAKAA Toys offers a warranty on specific products, as stated in the product description.
Warranty covers electronic and mechanical faults, but does not cover physical damage, misuse, or water exposure.
All warranty claims must be supported with purchase proof (invoice) and video/photo evidence of the issue.
Repairs are handled via video call support, store visits, or pickup/drop depending on location and warranty terms.

7. Product Usage

All ride-on toys are designed for indoor or private outdoor use, under adult supervision only.
Weight and age limits mentioned on product pages must be strictly followed.
ISAKAA Toys will not be held liable for injuries or damage caused by misuse or improper assembly of products.

8. Limitation of Liability

ISAKAA Toys is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
In any case, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, designs, text, logos, and videos, is the property of ISAKAA Toys and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
